This is a highly inaccurate statement. Group procurement provides only guidance to the OPCO’s such a Qatar, Oman , Indosat etc

Point of example was the Mobi media solution for Myramar. It was a sole optco decision. Optco have seperate boards and in many cases override groups decisions

Again look at Integral their solution was approved in principle by the Ooredoo Oman board and not via group.

The Indosat optco is different as it wholely owned by Ooredoo group

The group procurement has not been briefed or has aware of the solution , if it was they would need to go through a RFX bidding process
