See my previous posts. But with no money in the bank and no opportunity to drill their best targets until there's a change in the weather you would be foolish to invest now. Either wait until summer or for a cash injection (if they can find someone). Otherwise why would you buy in at this price with a CR or bankruptcy inevitable in the next quarter or two?
