You might miss out if cap raising is done as a renounceable entitlement offer. I suspect that the current top 20 won't want to be diluted at this point of development after many trying years to get so close. As I read the statutory accounts the top 3 hold over 50 percent of stock and the top 20 over 70 percent. You might consider calling Alison Coutts for a chat? But IMHO there is a real risk you won't get in at a lower price especially if medicos in the reproductive health area start talking to each other about MEM.
