If they were looking after the small shareholder, then raising the price before further dilution would be preferable....but if you have even a cursory look at this Board's track record on dilution....then I doubt you'll find cause for optimism.
Hope I'm wrong on the dilution issue, but I have been burnt badly on this front by this board (after giving them unconditional support when my vote made a difference when things were tight) I'm not holding my breath.
