Aus Biz The Call is useless to the sort of investors like that would buy MEM IMHO, but thanks for the heads up. I will watch it for the entertainment value. It's a show for ASX200 investors. A specki stock for them is something in the ASX300. The brokers they get on the show are rarely going to back a pre-profit start up. They haven't even heard of anything outside the ASX300. Those stocks won't come on their radar so when they get the run sheet for the show they do five minutes research on stocks they have never heard of such as MEM and flap their mouths off on camera because that is what TV is - it's radio with moving pictures.

As an example, about six months ago both brokers basically wrote off PNV. "It doesn't make money, so it's not a business in my opinion" was what one of the analysts said, to paraphrase. So imagine, these guys can't deal with a business that hasn't even got a commercialised product in the marketplace. It's beyond them because it not the sort of stock they would every recommend to any of their clients.
