They do mention second half of financial year 2021 so we are technically there now.
I think you are jumping to conclusions thinking it will be needed prior to commercialisation.
It may, but they haven't typically had a wildly high cash burn.
I'm hoping management has planned enough ahead to be able to hold out long enough to do the CR post commercialisation, when they've got proof of product and market and can get better value from it.
Who knows, all IMO and a bit hopeful and biased
