I was just going over some of the annual financial statements (2017 - 2020) and this wholly owned entity cropped up in 2018 : Feronia Fertility Pty Ltd. Memphasys have been advancing loans to this entity,
2018: $724,856
2019: $1,566,546
2020: $2,306,281 (I'm assuming cumulative so 2021 maybe 3m?)
but there is no explanation that I can see (money for a rainy day?). For the accountants out there is this a fairly standard practice? Just trying to figure out what funds they have.
