This misses the whole point of TA. Why would I need to know the FA if I am basing my trades on TA?
The chart clearly indicates a rising trend, so it either has a lot of promotion over the last year or it has some real fundamental reason as to why it is trending up. As it has so clearly been pointed out to me that it does indeed have excellent potential and investors can see the future value in the stock, this supports the chart trending up. I don't need to know that to see the price trend up.
