As from my understanding - the SEC is still reviewing the F-1 form which can take a couple of months.
Just from a quick search - I believe another foreign company called Global-e on the Nasdaq took circa 2 months to be approved - so basing off that maybe SLR time is near?
Hopefully no amendments required to the F-1 or that will just delay the IPO...
