Nova Minerals (ASX:NVA, OTCQB:NVAAF, FSE:QM3) owns and operates the fast progressing Estelle Gold District in Alaska’s Tintina Gold Province. The project boasts a mineral resource of 4.7 Moz of gold with significant upside potential as exploration advances across the current resource area and other prospective areas on the project namely the high priority target of RPM which has returned 120m @ over 1g/t and rock chips of 291 g/t and 103 g/t to date. The RPM prospects is 25km south of the 4.7 Moz Korbel Main prospect area.
The current mineral resource is from the Korbel Main prospect, which represents only 2% of the total area in the tenement package with Korbel Main remaining wide open. Nova has identified several prospects on the project and has planned extensive exploration campaigns through this year and beyond.

Mr Christopher Gerteisen has vast experience of more than two decades in the mining industry as a professional geologist. In his career spanning over 20 years, Mr Gerteisen has managed several complex projects in major mining jurisdictions of Australia, North America and Asia.
Mr Gerteisen serving as a Chief Operating Officer for the Company, controls all the aspects of the Estelle Project. He has been instrumental in bringing efficiency to the project while keeping the cost per ounce well below the industry standards.

Prior to Nova, Mr Gerteisen was associated with Newmont and contributed to the Batu Hijau Cu-Au deposit in Indonesia as a research geologist. He played a significant role in successful operations of prominent projects in the Australian region, which extended the life-of-mine.
Mr Gerteisen holds a bachelor’s degree in Geology from the University of Idaho and a master’s degree in Economic Geology from the Western Australia School of Mines. He is also a member of Australian Institute of Geoscientists.
Mr David Hersham is a renowned corporate manager and entrepreneur with an excellent track record of transforming small-cap companies. After completing his education at Oxford University, Mr Hersham commenced his career with the infamous diamond miner De Beers.
Mr Hersham has vast experience in international real state and technology companies.
Mr Louie Simens has rich experience of over a decade in contracting businesses in the fields of civil and construction. Mr Simens has been associated with Nova since 2017 and is serving as an Executive Director. He manages Nova’s core business operations. He works with the management and the Board to review and implement strategic plans to fast-track growth.
Mr Simens holds key positions on the Board of several other companies as well. His extensive experience in capital market and running businesses has helped him with the requisite skills and knowledge for managing corporate restructuring, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions and project management.
Apart from Nova, Mr Simens was serving as the Director of Snow Lake Resources before being appointed as Non-Executive Chairman in December 2020. He was also a Non-Executive Chairman of Torian Resources, where he contributed to the company’s recapitalisation and turnaround. He also holds a Director’s position in his family-owned construction group.

Mr Colin Belshaw has extensive industry experience and has held key corporate positions in several companies of good repute. He joined the Board of Nova Minerals in December 2020 as a Non-Executive Director.
Before joining Nova, Mr Belshaw held important portfolios in companies like Navan Mining, Omolon Gold, Golden Star Resources, Highland Gold and Banro Corporation.
Mr Belshaw holds a degree in Mining Engineering from the Camborne School of Mines, UK. He is also a Fellow of Institute of Materials Minerals and Mining (FIMMM).
Mr Avi Geller has extensive investment experience and is well-versed corporate finance, including the capital markets, venture capital, debt, hybrid and venture equity. He has served as the Chief Investment Officer of Leonite Capital; a firm focused on real estate and capital markets.
Mr Geller also serves as a director of Parkit Enterprise and the events and technology company Dealflow Financial Products. He has also served as Chairman of Axios Mobile Assets.

Mr Dale Schultz is a stalwart in the mining and exploration industry with over three decades of experience in North and South America. Mr Schultz has contributed to the development of a wide range of projects and has been instrumental in delivering the projects from the initial exploration stage to the production stage. He has been a Qualified Person (QP) on several projects.
Mr Schultz has an MSc from the University of Saskatchewan. He was a part of the discovery team of the first 500koz at Fruta del Norte Bonza - Los Penas discovery, a part of Hemlo camp and Kori Kollo expansion amongst other large mining projects.
Mr Keith Brogoitti, is a dedicated mining professional with over 40 years of experience in the mineral sector, including exploration, operations, development, and engineering roles in uranium, gold, copper, lead, and zinc. Outside, the mining industry, Mr Brogoitti has served in active combat in Iraq and engaged in bomb and munitions disposal. Furthermore, he has over 35 years of international experience in primitive environments in developing countries. Mr Brogoitti is bilingual Spanish, with a good working knowledge of Latin, American tax, labor, and customs laws. He works well in foreign environments and easily adapts to different cultures and customs.
Additionally, Mr Brogoitti pioneered the commercial use of polymers for precious metal heap leach agglomeration. He invented and developed ultrasonic to enhance electrowinning of precious metal solutions. Superintendent for Windfall Mine, Eureka, Nevada first commercial precious metals heap leach in the United States.
Mr Michael Melamed has a strong experience in financial reporting, business processes, M&A and investor relations. He holds a degree in Bachelor of Business (Accounting & Finance) from the University of Technology, Sydney (UTS).
Mr Melamed is also a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia.
Mr Ian Pamensky is a professional chartered accountant and has industry experience of more than 22 years. In his vast career, Mr Pamensky has worked across a wide range of industries, from audit and fund management to mining.
Mr Pamensky possess a unique set of financial, commercial and company secretarial skills gained from extensive industry experience.
Mr Romy Hersham has been associated with Nova for the past four years and is extremely passionate about building Nova into a world-class mining company. He looks after all the business and administrative tasks of the Company.
Mr Hersham is a Law/Arts graduate from Monash University.
