For the sp of NVA to move higher you'll need some serious investment from bigger players. They will need to be convinced that it is going to be a profitable operation and will need to be shown a clear and credible path to production. Chris, despite his flaws, is probably the best person to bring those players onboard. I don't think an extra PR person on the books enticing a few more retail investors with some spare cash is going to move the sp.
