Spot on - they speak at a level of certainty that is unbelievable. Any investment requires some reasonable risk assessment and usually with explorers and junior producers the risks involved are pretty high because anything could go wrong and they don't have the cushion or buffer to handle unpredicted circumstances.
Anyway apparently I am not entitled to an opinion based on @Jopie and @Magic2000 and their BS is the way to go !!
