"NVA is perfectly at liberty to allow existing shareholders to participate in the capital increase on an appropriate pro rata basis.SYA showed how this can be done just a few weeks ago. But they didn't do everything right either.Since the shares held by German shareholders are administered centrally in Australia by a trustee, the Australian company must explicitly mention in its shareholder program that the owners of these shares may participate in exactly the same way as Australian shareholders. All this is nowitchcraft and can be easily handled by a prudent management."
Do we have a prudent management-team at NVA? existing shareholders cannot be sure - especially for the future actions of these management-people
