agree that it’s looking up from here. Still need to manage expectations going forward though. The unstable macro situation (taper, COVID, Evergrande macro fallout etc) May mean more irrationality ahead. Especially for non developers
i have no doubt fundamentals (and NVAs fundamentals are great) will prevail in the end but I won’t be surprised if we won’t see an amazing upswing from the upgrade or even SS.
a steady rise back up suits me well although a nice uptick to 30-40c is very much possible too. Let’s see what happens.
