Given the SS typically determines whether further studies (PFS) are going ahead by all rights you ought to have known one comes before the other, you are leaping on words and creating your own narrative when in reality it is just semantics.

The natural path of the studies tells us SS comes first hence current timeline when laid out shows PFS commencing following the completion of the SS. If I were to interpret my narrative of the December statement I would see it as management are confident in the SS (confirmed in AGM) and to them it was simply inevitable the PFS would follow, by nature of the SS being a high level PFS based on assumptions rather than more detailed analysis, arguably the SS is a body of work extended upon by (and therefore forming a part of) the PFS, ergo both statements can be true.
