At risk of getting called a downramper again I will have a go.
No one is going to take over without a scoping / feasibility study that shows it economical to mine. That's the whole crux of the matter being debated here that has SH's divided.
It doesn't matter how much is in the ground if its not economical to mine and process.
Hence get the SS realised and lets see what the story is then.
