The snip you posted shows a stock that IPO'd less than 12 months ago @ $7.50 and is up 15٪ that's the story hidden behind the deceptive chart you showed that was day 1 IPO intra day high that was nothing but a massive IPO pump that burnt a number or wallstbetts type people and Twitter hero's.
The CR has been discussed at length both on this thread and by the company. Go and listern the the webinar.
They have categorically denied the need for a CR in the short term as they have a number or options on the table for funding. Non of which involved a CR.
