    Hiagain,

    Asa follow up to my previous email, I’ve done a little more digging on the MuddyCreek prospect and also contacted Louie regarding Nova’s seeming new focus onthis target.

    Firstly,I’m pleased to relay that resources (a drilling rig and ground crew) won’t beshifted off the other priority work of RPM and Korbel regions and onto MuddyCreek. The work this season at Muddy Creek will be reconnaissance work, mapping and surface sampling.

    Theintent is that they will better understand the scale of this IRGS deposit, collectsamples to check for regions of greater Au grades, and work towards defining anotherresource for future expansion of the Estelle project. I had been mildly critical of sending a rig into this area when, in my mind, all efforts should remain focused on RPM and Korbel Valley, so I’m really glad to see Nova’s approach on this. The emphasis that Louie provided was that Muddy Creek was all about just having more prospects in various stages of development – having a ‘pipeline of projects’.

    Louiealso informed that Nova hasn’t acquired the land on which Muddy Creek islocated. You will have noticed in my previous post that I pointed out the Muddy Creek is a gold zone that was identified by Kiska some 10-15 years ago and that it sits adjacent to, but outside, Nova’s ground. Instead, what Nova is looking at is extension of the Muddy Creek IRGS mineralisation into our land. As such, I’ve dug around a little more.

    Inthe previous post, I included the figure below which was sourced from Kiska’Mineral Resource Estimate for Whistler project dated 17 March 2011. This report can be found here:

    Ihad circled an area which captured a concentration of higher gold grades, and suggestedthat this might have been the sampling line that Chris had been referring to atabout 11min mark in his recent interview found here:

    Someof the info in my post was sourced from a recent NI 43-101 Mineral ResourceEstimate dated October 2021 which had been prepared by GoldMining Inc whocurrently own the neighbouring Whistler project. Their land also includes the Muddy Creek prospect. I had also mentioned that, prior to becoming GoldMining Inc in December 2016, the company was named Brazil Resources. Well, Brazil Resources has also prepared a similar NI 43-101 Resource Estimate for Whistler in March 2016, but it included more (better) information on Muddy Creek than the Kiska and GoldMining reports.

    Acopy of the Brazil Resources report can be found here:

    Anexcerpt from Section 8.0 of the Brazil report is below – I’ve highlightedan interesting part.

    Forthose that aren’t aware of the relevance of Millrock Resources, the area thatNova now has claim over was previously held by Millrock. Put simply, this Millrock work = highly relevant dataset on Nova ground.

    Followingis the entire Section 10.10 of the Brazil report. In particular, note Figure 10-5 which shows the locations of soil samples, and compare this with the figure above. You will notice that the figure below shows a line of sampling that continues beyond the Kiska claim and into the Millrock (Nova) claim. It now appears to me that Chris was perhaps referring to this sampling line locatedinside ourproperty rather than the sampling line that I’d previously identified. If you look closely at Figure 10-5 you can also see the locations of the boreholes that Kiska drilled.

    Thename of this creek leading upstream into Nova’s land is named ‘Discovery Creek’. Nova has a prospect named ‘Discovery’ in this region of the Estelle project, so it seems logical that the prospect is located within this creek valley. I suspect that Nova’s ‘Discovery’ prospect and GoldMining’s ‘Muddy Creek’ prospect may actually be part of a single very large IRGS target.

    I’vehad a hunt around for information on the ‘Discovery’ prospect and any workcarried out in this area by Millrock (in conjunction with their then JV partnerTeck Resources), but haven’t come across anything. If anyone else has info on the ‘Discovery’ prospect, I’d very much appreciate you sharing it.

    Inclosing, while there had been a sense of great enthusiasm in the Assay TVinterview and some recent ASX announcement regarding Muddy Creek, rightfully itis more just about keeping shareholders aware that there is another target thatwarrants investigation and that they are taking measured steps in the processtowards assessing this and potentially bringing it into the ‘pipeline ofprojects’. The Pro-active Investors video ( https://youtu.be/MHUQvpILQCw) of yesterday was a really good update and Chris has indicated that the geologists have already been out to Muddy Creek prospect as part of the field reconnaissance work. I anticipate that we will get some news on this in the coming two or three months, but by then we should already have:

    · some of the first assays back from the drillingbeing carried out on Pad 2 which is the first part of the westernextension of the RPM North;

    · some assay results from the initial drilling ofthe RPM South target; and

    · a rig drilling at Cathedral.

    Theremay be some other aspects announced, but in my mind, the above three items are keyto really appreciating the potential of the Phase 2 Scoping Study and thepathway towards becoming a producer.

    Kind regards,
