We wont see a merger/acquisition/takeover @ NVA until we have mining permits and a bankable feasibility study. I'd say we're at least 3 years off.
The only acquisitions that would make sense for us at the moment is anything which would improve our access/mobility or mine planning, no not e-helicopters. Adjoining land/tenements. We barely have enough time & money to drill all our existing ground, so I'm not interested in picking up more tenements to drill.
Other than that, I can't think of any other "closed door" negotiations since we've just completed a recent round of funding.
I would suspect a fair bit of time and energy has been shifted to Snow Lake for the time being
