I think the interview was quite balanced though, and laid out the opportunity and risks well;

Threats
Road may take longer than expected, unclear what NPV looks like if no road

Financing

The road is the big unknown also at it may have enerhy provision implications (and their neighbours USGO have the same uncertainties but it does not hinder their valuation) and NVA should come clear about the impact to IRR, NPV, payback.
I personally feel the road will be realized. Just not sure about government timelines.
