USGO will save our bacon in two ways:
1. The Nova BoD will have little choice but to follow USGO example and list 20% of Estelle on the NASDAQ. Which they should have done last year.
2. The people that have been applying the technique of "Market Control" to NVA shares for the last couple of years for whatever reason, will have their strategy wrecked as we can easily value Estelle by comparing to Whistler. The valuation is not $20m but more like $350m.
Additionally, when things are sorted out at LITM you would expect the sp to be $10+ Putting more upwards pressure on NVA shares.
