I've tried looking into this to confirm where SOI on OTC Market comes from but can over find broker to broker trades / statements. Not sure where those brokers get the securities from but I highly doubt it has anything to do with ASX SOI.

Will be interesting to see if these volumes continue on OTC. If so bod will have no choice but to advance listing on a US exchange which will be in everyone's best interest. A dual listing will be perfect

Over the counter markets are deregulated and a company doesn't have to be listed on an exchange to be listed on the otc market.
