there is just too much resistance in developing gold projects without executing deals like what BEZ pulled off.

The best and only alternative now is either a complete takeover exit for NVA. or a pivot to another mineral/metal project.

Similarly to what MEI pulled off & they are now trading above their 2020 highs. They had to raise money to acquire their project. Yet to even drill a single hole into their newly acquired project. NVA wouldn't need to raise any funds.

They can always make up some BS reason why they need to park korbel for now until market conditions improve. Almost every other gold small cap has pivoted to something different.

I'd say this is looking out for shareholders instead of lining their own pockets with freebies.
