It will only be an uplisting from the OTC markets to Nasdaq, I guess.
Therefore some requirements have to be met.
One of these is that the bid price of shares of the company's stock at the time of listing must be 4 USD.
However a company may qualify under a closing price alternative of 3 or 2 USD if the company meets varying requirements.
As far as I can see, this would be the biggest hurdle for an uplisting.
Our management seems quite confident of achieving this goal.
I'm sure none of us would mind.
