They can spin off Estelle as a separate IPO with NVA having 100% ownership. Similar to LITM listing on Nasdaq (but NVA had smaller %). So NVA becomes the holding of Estelle IPO.
The share price of the IPO does not need to reflect the NVA share price. At least that is my thinking.
