I have posted before about NVA Nova Minerals copying GLDG Goldmining Inc listing of USGO US Goldmining (Whistler) by part listing Estelle as a separate entity on NASDAQ. However, it would appear that GLDG shareholders are selling to buy USGO. The same thing could happen to Nova
Therefore, in my book, the only option we have in listing on a major USA exchange is a Secondary Listing using an ADR of say between 10 to 1 and 20 to 1.
We can discount a Dual Listing as Nova is not a big enough company atm.
Having said that, let me say this. The important thing is that an announcement has been made to list in a USA major exchange. The BoD is best placed to ascertain the best option, taking into account the competing factors.
