The most important and main difference between USGO and Nova is that almost 80% of the outstanding shares (12.5 M - Nova: ( 211 M!) are held by GoldMining Inc.
Since these are in firm hands the number of tradable shares is extremely limited, while Nova‘s predominant retail holders are permanently parting with their blocks of shares.
Hence the difference in my opinion.
Maybe that the fact that the whole USGO territory is flatter than the mountainous RPM territory is considered easier to mine.
