It says at the beginning:
authorizing the AIDEA to issue bonds to finance infrastructure that supports development of CRITICAL MINERAL and rare earth element projects.
This should include antimony, which is one of the critical minerals.
A great step forward for Nova. Here we see very clearly that it pays off that our CEO is a local Alaskan.
I wonder if this was also the reason CG and LS travelled to Washington?
