Well, I understand that.
If a share is tradeable on the Nasdaq, it will of course receive more attention there and achieve a higher level of awareness in the USA than if someone has to "search" for it on the Australian stock exchange because they already know it (how?).
In addition, not every broker has a connection to the ASX ( my bank in Germany does‘t have it- poor bank….)
OTC markets, on the other hand, have a certain "sleazy image" because the security standards (and accordingly the trading volumes) are very low here.
