My understanding of it is that it is called US IPO, because it is new listing in US but it will be done through ADS so the price is initially set by the ASX price (i.e. one ADS will be bundle of 10 ASX shares and priced 10x0.28AUD converted to US?)
Just my 10c, might be totally wrong.
