Surely they would have to issue new shares, how else would they raise any capital, which is the plan.
Also, ADS's as opposed to ADR's, I'm not fully aware of what the difference is, receipt vs share.
Would be good to see them buying ASX shares on market though!
Also, if they are listed at 1:10 (1 US for 10 ASX), does that mean after the listing, the sponsoring bank needs to buy from ASX if there aren't many sellers available for the ADS's in US? Seems like it will be a low float in the US, if there is indeed interest then it could be quite good for ASX SP.
