It is 100% fake. They could have been out 30% higher at a minimum. That's not how you unload a million shares.
Question is, is it a bot that will pull the order 1 nano second before it gets hit? Probably.
My guess is that they have picked up well over a million shares just waiting in the bid stack over the last month or so. 50-100k shares here and there add up pretty quickly if you're patient. Throw in the occasional "trading parcel" sell order to dump the price every now and then and it is just drawing shares out of the woodwork. If I was a US investor that was keen on Nova and wanted a good stake, buying on the ASX prior to the IPO is exactly what I'd be doing, its just super easy at the moment with exactly zero interest in the stock currently.
