We just raised cash at $0.1725 AUD? (Minus costs, so $0.168).

The warrants put downward pressure on the US SP ($0.125 now), and the AU SP followed ($0.145 now).

In effect, it's painful for all existing holders, but for anybody buying in today, they can pay $0.145 and gain that $0.168 cash (plus the rest of the assets).

For any buyers today, the company is better value than a week ago. The only other difference is the warrants, which limits any SP upside above $0.175 by about 15% of what it would have been otherwise. So gaining a better capitalised company for a cheap price, but with a bit limited upside.

So I have to decide, if now is a good time to be buying, then where do I buy? Warrants, US, or ASX.

MRE is still due, the company is better capitalised by about $4.9m AUD. IPO is done, other than the uncertain question - where will future funding be raised from? ASX at a discount, or US at a discount...the ones not participating are the ones who get diluted the most.

Actually, thinking about it, I'd best treat it as if it were an ASX raising. I should add 15%+ to my holding to offset the dilution. The SP is lower than the raising price, so can't complain about that.
