Lets say they get a grant, I highly doubt it would be for mining straight up. They will have drilling and studies to do, which will take more than 12 months, the graphic above is very, very optimistic IMO.
It all depends on the grant, If they get 50 million to start a small scale operation then it might be possible to start construction next year if they can get all the permits rammed through.
If they get a few million for drilling, then 2026 is optimistic.
