It is a possibility that the same entities are loading the 18c sell and the 17c buy sides. They then in effect sell and buy a few shares between themselves at 17.5c to make it look like volume going through at 17.5c. When this goes on long enough retail get bored or worried that the SP will linger at 17.5C and begin to sell their shares I to the 17.5c mark. When that 17.5c mark builds then the entities buy that bigger 17.5c parcel and add to their own holding. When this happens their is large accumulation by certain holders.
