Once more the Lassonde curve so everyone can guess at what stage we are now with Nova.
My suggestion is stage 3 - the most annoying waiting stage without much happening. But as everyone can see, things will go up from here - it’s just a matter of time.
You can assume, that every Explorer goes through all these phases - regardless of whether you think the management is good or bad. However very experienced managers try to counteract the inevitable course of events, as you can read in the text. But it seems like fighting against windmills.
