I don't know of any operating mines using grades as low as 0.15g/t. All comes down to the mine plan and position of ore. If you have to move the 0.15g/t material to get to the 0.5g/t stuff, then yeah, maybe put it through the mill.
But if we want the market to take us serious and actually go into production we need to be able to produce 200,000oz pa at minimal cost. It's always highest grade as possible through the mill first for shortest payback (and least discount rate applied).
Anything that takes more than 10 years to mine doesn't do anything for the NPV, hence we need 2m good oz for a decent pfs
