I think you will be proven right, and a lot higher than that by the end of the decade.
Problem is that when this cycle tops out in the next 9 months, there will be a big drop.
Going to be hard to sell at the highs this year, so going to be a lot of pain for those that try to hold all the way though. Physical will be hit, but miners will be smashed.
