If management hold a lot, then their interests almost align with shareholders in regards to dilution (except for also gaining a wage from the cash, so more cash is better in that respect). But some points that they'll consider:
- How good the listing price is.
- How much the funds can accelerate our plans (drilling, PFS). (I think drilling is on slow-burn because of limited funds? 3 rigs running, from memory.)
- If it's easier raising the funds now or later.
- Whether a higher % in US hands would influence US government decisions / grants.
After the 2% dilution from the recent raise, I put in a buy order, but the price has jumped a bit, so I've not been filled.
