Unfortunately, that's how bottoms are formed. Frustrated shareholders capitulate and there are no more sellers left. While it is extremely frustrating that management can't talk a few investors into buying on market before the IPO, all the loose shares that are being sold are being accumulated IMO. The market depth has been manipulated for months, and they are doing it easily because there are just no buyers interested to jump the queue.

As for the lack of news, Craig did say he would provide an update to the forum, but that was almost two weeks ago now. @NovaMInerals2
They might be in another "black out" window with news expected shortly, that's the only reason I can think of for the radio silence.

I am a trader, but the small parcel I have held on to won't be getting sold until 6-12 months after the IPO (unless we spike on IPO), if management can't get a rise in the SP by then, I think it's time for new management. However that is the low probability case, I am expecting this to run up into the end of the year as gold approaches $2500, GDXJ has broken out and the large gold miners are right on the level.
