I think there are a lot of small to medium shareholders in this company (by this I mean less than 500,000 shares).
That's the only way I can explain the constant reloading on the sell side. The top 12 account for less than 40% of the shares and about 100m shares on issue (with IRESS saying there are 360m shares on issue).
