Yeah I'm also holding based on better beer, but half of me also feels like somehow they'll screw that up too. The hasn't been any further update about the better beer CR has there? If better beer does continue it's trajectory and MCL stays in the dumps, then I agree a takeout would be a high potential based on the arbitrage upside from mcl SP to better beer valuation.
