It shows the ore bode down to -900m RL. Surface is 200m above 0m RL. In the 2016 mining study released by Red Metals (RDM), the first 5 years of production would reach -300m RL or 500m depth. Noting that the ore zone at -900m RL is 1100m deep, then I hazard to speculate that the ore body has a 10 plus year mine life. But the whole ore body is open at depth.
Since listing, MMA drilling campaign has been finding high grade ore closer to surface. I suspect the scoping study that MMA hope to release by years end along with the upgrade from inferred to indicated may point to a very profitable project with the high-grade ore closer to surface than originally envisaged by RDM.
