I'm new to EEG (having been told about them from Rbmulvog on this forum), but have followed TBN for a while.
In my opinion only, I think whoever of EEG or TBN can get gas into the existing McArther pipeline first to get cash flows going will have a HUGEadvantage. Those cash flows can then help offset piloting costs. The company that fails to get into the pipeline (given the small capacity of the pipeline - 20 mmscf/day) will have to capital raise all the way though piloting which will be a big drain on cash and a big dilution on shares.
Both EEG and TBN have stated they want to sell gas into that pipeline first
The race is on!
Given the next few wells for EEG are right next to the pipeline, and TBN's 100% wells seem to be 12 months away and further from the pipeline will make for an interesting race if the EEG wells have good production rates....
