Naturally there is some tension between Sheffield and Tamboran. For the time being his interest is in having Tamboran do the work of proving up the play and advancing the cause of the shared property. At some point there will be no role left for Tamboran and Sheffield will not want to see any further appreciation in value.
What I'm not so clever on is how Falcon and other interests will play into this. At what point what either Tamboran or Sheffield acquiring additional interest constitute control or consummate itself in board control? Even with board or corporate control, I don't believe Tamboran is necessarily removed as operator of record.
Naturally there is some tension between Sheffield and Tamboran....
