I presume these are what would otherwise be called F&D cost. Are these shipping included? It's notable that the 2P costs are generally lower than the 2C.
It is not hard to imagine that the actuals could be much lower and this be quite conservative, the nature of the play allows a reserves assessor to be quite confident in the gas being there and as a result be generous with the 2P/2C area/volume.
