TBN have share average with Santos, this take over will have impact either way if it goes through. Santos have been trying to merge or be acquired for a while, writing has been on the wall for this 'take over' consolidation.
Darwin LNG offtake agreements also might come into play. ADNOC also attempting to increase global footprint which might arm australia better against Qatar LNG expansions
