Under a PSC environment, it is better to drill as quickly as possible when rig rates are cheap when oil and gas process are lower.
Bear in mind the longer it takes to do seismic and drilling under the PSC, the more administration costs the company will incur. Therefore, drill as quickly as possible,
and determine whether there is enough gas to warrant further development.
Under a PSC, the earlier you can produce, the earlier you will be able to recover the costs
from production !
