I play around with other stocks just day/swing trading for lunch money (living expenses).
I've got to say, after visiting the other stock forums seeking info, it's like sifting through the garbage trying to find a crust of bread.
The EXR HC forum, and more importantly the regular contributors, are akin to the quality if the EXR management team.
You know who you are lads. Keep up the good flow of useful information, insight, and considered discussion and lets keep these EXR threads free of the shite the plagues the rest. Let's keep it easy for prospective investors to find the quality information they're after so they can see this once (maybe twice) in a lifetime opportunity EXR is.
