i was reading up on that last night too.
Ducks are aligning nicely. To the naysayers - EXR is doing pioneering frontier work. In a world that has to the main part been pioneered long ago . One of the few similar situations I'd compare to would be the mass untapped iron ore deposits in Ghana West Africa, however Rio has been there for ten years and not turned a sod of soil . Others like FMG are sniffing and things might happen soon, but I'll take EXR any day of the week considering the management we have.
